I just read a quote from Winston Churchill:

“Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.”

It was a needed reminder this morning. If I failed at something yesterday, I can still try again today. And If I don’t perfect it today, I get another chance tomorrow.

We all know that the last part is true – we’ve lived it! It DOES take courage to continue. The fact that we ARE continuing is a success. And, as Mr. Churchill stated, that success isn’t final – we’ll have to keep continuing tomorrow – but as we do, it will help immensely if we celebrate EVERY success we have.

You do have courage! You’ve come this far! And you are showing up, one day at a time, and continuing the process. Celebrate that! Give yourself a high five, and let your heart feel joy in the fact that you aren’t giving up and you are choosing courage and determination! That counts!

Good for you!!
